Article 2 (Service Overview)

This service allows users to combine parts to create original icons and download the generated images.

Article 3 (Copyright)

1. All copyrights for the parts provided in this service and the icons generated by combining them belong to the operator of this service (hereinafter referred to as "Operator").
2. Users are free to use the generated icons for personal use. However, use for the purposes listed under Prohibited Matters is not permitted.

Article 4 (Scope of Use)

1. Generated icons may only be used for the following purposes:
   • Avatars or profile pictures on social media, blogs, or personal websites.
   • Personal enjoyment.
2. Use for the following purposes is prohibited:
   • Production and sale of merchandise.
   • Commercial use (unless otherwise approved by the Operator).

Article 5 (Credit Attribution)

Credit attribution is not required when using the generated icons. If you wish, you may include a credit such as "Icon created with [Service Name]" on your website or social media.

Article 6 (Prohibited Matters)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the service:

1. Creating a service that imitates this one.
2. Claiming the generated icon as one's own work, or falsely representing that it was created by a third party other than the Operator.
3. Using the icon for accounts with the purpose of defamation or slander.
4. Using the icon on adult websites, politically-motivated websites, or websites with the purpose of defamation or slander.
5. Creating and using icons for purposes that are contrary to public order and morals.
6. Engaging in acts that violate laws and regulations.
7. Any other act that the Operator deems inappropriate.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Operator is not responsible for any damages incurred by the user due to the use of or inability to use this service.
2. The Operator does not guarantee that the service will meet the user's specific purpose, or its accuracy, completeness, safety, legality, or non-infringement.
3. The Operator is not responsible for any damages incurred by the user due to a violation of these terms.
4. The Operator may change, suspend, or terminate the specifications of this service without prior notice. The Operator is not responsible for any damages incurred by the user as a result.

Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)

The Operator may change these terms without the user's consent. Unless otherwise specified, the revised terms will become effective upon being posted on the Operator's website.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these terms shall be governed by Japanese law. All disputes related to this service shall be submitted to the court having exclusive jurisdiction over the location of the Operator's headquarters as the court of first instance.
